Popularly known as 'Srini' among friends and colleagues, is a co-founder of AllGo Embedded Systems, the parent company of AllGo Vision. As the CEO, he chalks the road map, to make AllGo the pioneer amongst multimedia embedded system solution providers world-wide. With his exceptional technical knowledge in areas of Digital Signal Processing and Embedded Systems (audio, video, telematics, wireless baseband) and commendable managerial and business skills, he drives the AllGo team to scale new heights. He began his career with a start-up company in California and then moved to Motorola Global Software Group, where his association lasted for nearly a decade.

Srini, holds a Master's degree from University of California, Santa Barbara and Bachelor's degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.

Darshak, co-founder of AllGo Systems, with his core competency in Embedded System Design combined with his engagements in numerous organizations, makes AllGo a continuously learning and growing organization. Having built a career in a SEI-CMM level-5 organization, he has significant experience in software engineering processes, which also makes him a valuable mentor in developing high quality software in AllGo. After servicing Motorola for 8 years, he conducted competency building workshops at various levels with many MNCs like Philips, Siemens, Tata Elxsi, Bosch and Sasken. His never-ending passion for teaching has driven him to conduct workshops at premier institutions such as Defense Research & Development Organization, Indian Institute of Technology, Rajasthan, National Institute of Technology, Karnataka, SSri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering, Mysore and Tezpur University, to name a few. He is a visiting faculty at CEDT department at Indian Institute of Science.

Darshak has a Master's degree from Indian Institute of Science and has also completed a management education program from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

His expertise in people management and software development technology makes Nirmal the best person to head the engineering team at AllGo. With his 17 years of industry experience and understanding of broad spectrum of technologies, he leads the company through significant innovation and the company stands to benefit from his expertise. He started his career with Motorola, where he built a strong DSP group. Under his guidance, the group successfully developed several audio/speech/video solutions for cellular products. Subsequently he also built embedded software groups in areas of wired and wireless connectivity at Philips and Insilica.

Nirmal holds a Ph.D. in computer Science from Indian Institute of Science.

Ashwin's strong strategic competency and capabilities to drive continued growth in the dynamic and fast-growing markets makes him ideal to lead the AllGo Vision product group. He brings to AllGo Vision the rich experience of 12 years and outstanding knowledge in Multimedia. He has many publications and patents to his credit in the various field of Multimedia. Prior to taking over as Project Manager in AllGo Vision, he served Philips (NXP) in the role of an Architect. He was also associated with Motorola and was instrumental in developing Indian Language Speech Recognition solutions for mobiles.

He has a Master's Degree from Indian Institute of Science with a specialization in Signal Processing and System Science.
