Work profile:

  • Deployment of AI product of AllGoVision Video Analytics, customer interaction, Demo/POC, trouble shooting and Support. Resolution to complex problems. Deploy solution/application at Customer site remotely / onsite within the stipulated time, get UAT and evaluation report.
  • Troubleshooting of networking, Windows server, and Linux OS required.
  • Customer management to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with the Sales and Engineering team.

Required Skills:

  • Understanding of Video Analytics/ video management products, Security Products, IT enterprise products, pre and post sales experience
  • Exposure to Enterprise software system architecture, Deep learning, and Cloud solutions will be preferable
  • Knowledge in system administration of Linux operating systems and MySQL Database
  • Hands on experience with Video/CCTV Cameras and security products will be preferable
  • Hands on experience in IP Networks, DNS, Load balancers, DHCP, and MS office will be preferable
  • Customer facing skills, Resourceful, fast on feet, Customer Management, Getting User acceptance test
  • Proficiency in Technical documentation like Manuals and troubleshooting document
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to travel in India and abroad
