Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct technical assessment of customer requirements and provide consulting support to design right video analytics implementation, based on company's products
  • Present company’s technology and product strategy to client’s business and engineering team and lead technical discussions and demos.
  • Present the company’s solutions via webinars, technical presentation and on-site training to partners
  • Assist the sales team as necessary with oral and written communications related to the company’s key technical capabilities and differentiators
  • Develop technical collateral, prepare technical proposals and be the technical contact point for all customer enquiries in the region
  • Install and support proof of concept implementations ensuring high levels of product performance and positive customer experiences.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support and achieve sales goals

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in computer science / software engineering or similar
  • 3-7 years’ experience as Sales Engineer – understanding customer requirements / designing technical solutions
  • Strong technical background with working knowledge in software applications / systems engineering
  • Customer facing skills - should lead technical discussions and drive a consulting approach with customers and partners
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain company’s products and technologies with clarity to business and technical audience.
  • Experience in Developing Product Technical Documentation, Proposals and Presentations
  • Familiarity with Video Surveillance Market and Applications
  • Previous working experience with Systems Integrators and complementary Vendors in Security Market is a plus
  • Fluent oral and written English language skills
  • Willingness to travel upto 50% of the time
